for tomoorow

im qonnr too th qym nd do like 10-15 minutes on th trendmill thats my running nd try do like 5 or 8 on my upper body .
like try to do stuff on my upper body nd see if i can do some punching bag :)
nd if ido that ibe super happy :P ahah but yeaa'
nd try do th bike or th rower as well
10-15minutes on th trendmill.
5-8minutes on my upper body .
10-15minutes on th punching bag .
5-10minutes on th bike or rower .
